'Everyman is right in his own eyes.' (Proverbs 21:2)
Likely when you are angry and boiling, 😡 it's not safe to take decisions in that state, or carry out critical tasks.
Anger has vocabulary, it will teach you and inspire you. Rebuke it and cripple it's power. Don't see in the perspective it supplies. Walk away from that cloud. Do what works for you (in righteousness).
Many times when you're angry, it's possible that there's a blur in either your judgement or so... And your approach could be affected too.
Many people have many approaches to escape the dangers of anger:
1. Some walk away
2. Some go mute
3. Some smile...
4. Some clear out their hearts to other people
5. Some take a walk.. long work
6. Some retire to a corner and cry..
7. Some respond with one century of malice
8. Some speak in tongues in heart.
Sha.. not all methods are eventually ESCAPE from the dangers of anger.
Whatever means work for you, one thing is noteworthy — your heart. Protect it. That's what you need to pray and interact with God.
The reason I apologise to anyone even when I'm not at fault IS MY HEART, and for the sake of God.
My heart is the dashboard of the Holy Ghost, so is yours. It's the canva the Holy Ghost paints His intentions and directions for me.
So, I guard it. Yes, guard it from anger.
Anger never achieved anything good.
...except holy anger channelled at stopping the hand of the devil in prayers.
Otherwise, anger damages things.
It can damage a long, beautiful relationship.
It makes you lose favour and honour.
Avoid it.
Again, if it has gotten a grip of you, then you cannot deal with it on your own.
Seek help.
Talk to someone.
Take a fast, and ask God to perform a surgery on your heart and remove it.
For those who had mastered anger, Congratulations!!
But be on guard, continually.
May grace be sufficient to you.
In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
